Georgia Communities
With two collections of homes in metro Atlanta, the Cornerstone Collection and the Custom Collection, Robert Harris Homes builds homes and communities that offer a way of life to suit everyone.
The Custom Collection truly gives credence to the word custom. Traditional, European and Craftsman-style homes offer a variety of architectural features that make each home unique. The Custom Collection, priced from the high $300’s to the $900’s, affords homeowners the opportunity to create a home that is uniquely their own.
The Cornerstone Collection, priced from the low $100’s to the $300’s, caters to the needs of first-time home buyers, empty-nesters and young families. From cottages and ranch condos to masters-on-main, ranches and two-stories, there is an RHH home suited to your lifestyle and life stage.
Florida Communities
2005 marked the introduction of Robert Harris Homes to the Florida market, with our first community, Palm Lakes, in Sarasota. The newest community, Sterling Lake in Bradenton, continues our commitment to growth in Florida. Robert Harris Homes communities feature spectacular amenities and homes with that extra attention to detail – from gourmet kitchens and barrel tile roofs to brick paver driveways and lush landscaping.
Texas Communities
Robert Harris Homes is currently deploying two new communities in our brand new Texas Division.
The Company's first community, Crown Ridge, is a move-up, single-family residential community in Frisco starting at a base price of the low $300's. The product line will feature the fresh new architectural designs of Gary Ragsdale, an innovative and award-winning architect. The grand opening for Crown Ridge was in January of 2008 and the community is now open for sales.
Lakes of La Cima is the company's second community in the City of Prosper just a few minutes north of Frisco. Lakes of La Cima is a 457 acre master-planned community featuring beautifully landscaped entries; 23 acres of lakes, greenbelt, and park areas; a lagoon style pool, cabana and playground; stands of mature trees; athletic fields; and a network of hike and bike trails. Product for this development is being designed. The company is scheduled to break ground in Lakes of La Cima this summer with first deliveries anticipated in late 2008.
As Dallas continues to attract new businesses, Robert Harris Homes will be in a position to capitalize on the growth. In the next few months, Dallas management hopes to announce plans for more Robert Harris Homes communities to help fulfill the needs of home buyers in this area.
